Too often Landlords are pressed for time and have extensive investment portfolios with properties in numerous locations, so the prospect of managing their property independently is unrealistic. This is where Milvana comes in. We will take care over a range of responsibilities from the Landlord, saving them precious time and giving them peace of mind that their properties are in safe hands. We will ensure their investments are being looked after, actively managed and are running smoothly.

Service fees

Service fees for one to five properties is 20% of gross turnover. For 5+ properties the fee is 18% of gross turnover.

What is included!

Set up and marketing

We will provide a list of items that you should prepare/have for your property to run as a service accommodation. We will then stage the flat and take professional pictures and video, for marketing purposes. Note that It’s always great to have your property photographed and listed asap, even before it’s actually available, as it sometimes takes a couple of weeks for the listing to get traction.

Guest Vetting

We vet our guests carefully to ensure we attract the right kind of clients to your property. We require government ID, do not accept bookings from clients under 18, and check previous reviews. In addition, we do not accept bookings of less than 3 nights at weekends or 2 nights during the week.

Guest Support

We provide guest support so if for any reason your guests have questions or queries, we would be on hand to help.

Check-In

We provide a remote check-in service in the form of a lockbox. This provides flexibility as the property can be accessed at any time. Flexibility is particularly essential for attracting corporate clients and business travellers who like to check in with minimum fuss on a 24/7 basis. Airbnb recommends this check-in service

Cleaning and Laundry

Our cleaners ensure the property is cleaned and linen as well as towels washed and pressed, to a high standard. You have to pay for the very first clean of your property before your very first guest arrives. All other cleans are paid for by guests (although you pay for the toiletries).
